Welcome to the homepage of the national steering committee and the Italian delegation of the European project Science on Stage Europe.

Regina Stocco adjusts the Galileo's clock (Science on Stage 2 - Grenoble 2007)Science on Stage Europe is the natural evolution of Science on Stage project, aimed to catch the best of innovative and challenging aims in Europe for the dissemination of knowledge in science.

He won the ILL prize The Science on Stage project, sponsored by EIROforum Committee Two editions of Science on Stage have been performed, sponsored by EIROforum committee, whose final events were held in Geneva (autumn 2005) and Grenoble (spring 2007) respectively. The last edition of Science on Stage Europe was held in Copenhagen (spring 2011). The efficacy and relapse training for participants has also been certified by external bodies and several international initiatives have arisen in the participating states, among which the international journal Science in School.

Pietro Cerreta and his experiments with candles that have been shown at Science on Stage 2 The new program is addressed to teachers, researchers and experts in teaching and communication that want to improve science education in a motivating and effective way. For each of the European countries involved in the project a National Steering Committee will select teachers taking part in the final event of the European project that will take 25 to 28 April 2013 in Copenhagen. The total number of selected teachers will be 350.

Italy will participate with 12 delegates.They will submit the most original and innovative projects in teaching science in schools. The selection will be made by the National Steering Committee.
